Includes 4-days of plenary sessions + 3 days of optional workshops,
Continental Breakfast each morning, Coffee Breaks, entrance
to Exhibits, and the *Welcome Reception on Sunday night. The Thursday Interpretation
Review Course & the Wednesday Evening Symposium are separate
subscription fees and can be signed up for on the registration
form.
The early bird registration deadline is for the 2013 Symposium
is Monday, November 5, 2012. For easy registration

All registrations made after the November 5th deadline will
be subject to the regular registration fees.
Cancellations
must be received by Monday, December 7, 2012 and are subject
to a $150.00 administrative fee. No refunds will be given
after this date. Full payment is required to confirm registration.
As a registered attendee, the Sunday night, January 20th Welcome
Reception is included in your registration fee. However all
guests (spouse & children) must be registered to attend. Badges
are required. The fees stated above include dinner & drinks,
along with entertainment for your enjoyment.
