Full symposium registration includes 4-days of plenary sessions
+ 3 days of optional workshops, continental breakfast each
morning, coffee breaks, entrance to the Exhibit Hall and the
Welcome Reception* on Sunday night. The Thursday Interpretation
Review Course & the Wednesday evening symposium are by separate
subscription and can be signed up for on the registration
form.
The early bird registration deadline for the 2013 Symposium
is Monday, November 5, 2012. After this deadline,
all registrations will be subject to the regular registration
rates. All registrations must be completed by Friday, December
7, 2012. For easy registration and immediate confirmation,

All cancellations must be received by Friday, December 7, 2012 and are subject
to a $150.00 administrative fee. No refunds will be given
after this date. Full payment is required to confirm registration.
*Welcome Reception:
As a registered attendee, the Sunday night (January 20th)
Welcome Reception is included in your registration fee. However,
all guests (spouse & children) must be registered to attend.
Badges are required. The fees stated above include dinner
& drinks, along with entertainment for your enjoyment.
