Group Rate Information
On behalf of our meeting attendees, special discounted rates have been secured over the dates of the meeting as follows:

single or double occupancy, plus tax, currently at 13.416%. This is a great rate for a world-class resort. The published rate for a Deluxe Ocean View for January 2012 exceeds $400 per night. In addition to the discounted group rate, there will be a daily Resort Charge of $25.00 (taxable) per room, per night which includes: self-parking, unlimited local, access, credit card, or calling card telephone calls, high-speed internet access in guest rooms, daily seasonal activities, Starwood Lahaina (Shopping) Shuttle, Ka'anapali Resort Shuttle.

The following Porterage and housekeeping gratuity will be added to the guest room rate:
Porterage - Baggage Handling: $8.50 per person, roundtrip
Housekeeping Daily Gratuity: $2.00 per room/per day (optional)

Reservation Procedures
You can make your reservations by contacting the Sheraton Maui at the numbers listed above. Be sure to mention you are attending the D. Eugene Strandness Vascular Symposium to get the group's discounted rate.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm; Check-out time is 11:00 am. To guarantee your reservation, the hotel requires a deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first and last night of your reservation. The deposit is refundable if cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival. Should the Resort allow for late check-out, it may impose a one day rate. The group rate will be honored 3 days before and 3 days after the official meeting dates based on space and rate availability.

Cut-off Date - Reservations must be made before the cut-off date of December 19, 2012. After this date, or if our block of rooms sells out early, availability and rate cannot be guaranteed. We strongly suggest you book your room early.
